DR. DANA'S RECIPE
Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients
◉ Lean grass-fed minced beef
◉ Ghee
◉ 1 large onion
◉ 6 stalks of celery
◉ 4 carrots
◉ 1 bell pepper
◉ Salt / Pepper
◉ Vegetable stock
◉ Tomato puree
◉ Oregano
◉ Bay leaves
Instructions:
1. Cook the beef until golden brown with a little ghee, and season with salt and black pepper.
Add the onion, mix well, and season with salt.
2. Add the vegetables.
3. Add the spices and vegetable stock.
4. Add the tomato puree and some hot water.
5. Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and let it cook for an hour.
6. Meanwhile, boil the spelt pasta.
7. Once the sauce is ready, add some fresh basil.

Alphonso Mango Granola Jars
Ingredients
◉ Alphonso mango
◉ Nut-free, sugar-free granola:
◉ Oats
◉ Coconut flakes
◉ Chia seeds
◉ Sunflower seeds
◉ Salt
◉ Maple syrup
◉ Olive oil
◉ Green yogurt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the nut-free, sugar-free granola by mixing oats, coconut flakes, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, maple syrup, and olive oil.
2. Bake the granola in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes.
3. Allow the granola to cool down.
4. Prepare glass jars.
5. Add a layer of Alphonso mango at the bottom of each jar.
6. Add a layer of green yogurt on top of the mango.
6. Finish by topping each jar with a generous amount of fresh granola.
7. Serve and enjoy your Alphonso Mango Granola Jars!

◉ Lime
◉ Cilantro
◉ Edamame
◉ Cashews

◉ Peanut butter
◉ Maybe syrup
Instructions:

◉ Coffee Powder
◉ 8 ounces Cream Cheese
◉ 1 1\2 cup heavy whipping cream
◉ 1/3 sugar
◉ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
◉ Cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture: - Brew a strong cup of using Bosch coffee maker, use freshly ground coffee powder and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Make the Cream Mixture: - Using Bosch stand mixer, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Add cream cheese and sugar and mix until everything is combined.
3. Assemble the Tiramisu: - Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Arrange a layer of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Spread the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers followed by cream mixture and repeat until your dish is full.
4. Chill and Serve: - Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Just before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Steak With Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
◉ Rib Eye Steak
◉ Salt, black pepper
◉ Butter
◉ Rosemary and thyme
◉ Garlic
Instructions:
1. Add salt and black pepper to the steak.
2. Heat the pan.
3. Add olive oil and then add the steak.
4. After few minutes, flip it and add 1 tbsp of butter, rosemary, thyme and few garlic cloves.
5. check the temperature of the steak (if you like the meat to be well done - it should be 68 degrees Celsius/ if
medium the temperature should be 58 Celsius).
Sauce:
◉ Parsley
◉ Coriander
◉ Garlic
◉ Salt, black pepper
◉ Chilli flakes
◉ Lemon juice

1. Boil the baby potatoes
2. in a pan, smash the baby potatoes
3. add olive oil, salt, black pepper and oregano
4. to the oven, 200c for 15 minutes
5. flip them and add Parmesan cheese and return it to the oven
6. another 15 minutes until the potatoes is crispy and golden color
In the plate add the steak, chimichurri sauce on top and the roasted potatoes next to it.
Lunch box 1
Mini Fatayer and some vegetables and fruits

You can prepare mini fatayer by:
1. roll the dough
2. spread on top cheese ( mixed cheese like Mozarella, halloumi)
3. or spread Zaatar on top ( a good and healthy option for the kids)
4. in the lunch box you can add sone fruits like berries / strawberries or vegetables like cucumber or carrot
To prepare our lunch box:
1. using the same dough I added pizza sauce
2. Cheese on top
3. And I used the grill from Bosch to bake it (easy and quick way)
4. You can add salad like arugula and some strawberries on top
( For the dressing ( olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper))
