GIFT CARD TERMS

Useful information about the Gift Card:

• The Gift Card is the property of the issuer AAW. The holder of the Card is a mere depositary. AAW will not replace the card if it is stolen or lost.
• Minimum value to be added to the card is 5 KWD. The Card can be used as often as the holder thereof would like, until the total amount has been used up
• The Card has an expiration date of 365 days. Any amount remaining post 365 days will expire if not used
• Any outstanding balance of the Card shall not be refunded, or exchanged for cash
• The Card is a bearer instrument. Its holder shall be solely responsible for the use and custody of the Card. The Card shall not be replaced in case of theft or loss thereof
• The remaining balance on the Card shall be the difference between the remaining balance available prior to the purchase, and the relevant amount used up in such purchase. Where the purchase price is in excess of the remaining balance on the Card, the difference will be paid through the website at checkout
• You can check the balance on your card via the website
• The time scale for returning it is the same as for any other item, providing that the card has not been used. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.
